Although the main menu is a seafood buffet and international dishes, the ship always has options available for vegetarian or dietary guests. However, to ensure the best service quality, valued guests should inform about special diets or food allergies at least 24 hours before departure. The chef will prepare separate meals to ensure nutrition and taste in addition to the dishes available on the buffet counter.
The Hercules Premium ship is designed with a steel hull according to SB standards, has a large tonnage and a modern balancing system, helping to significantly reduce vibration compared to traditional wooden ships. However, the level of sensation depends on the individual's constitution and weather conditions. If valued guests have a history of severe seasickness, they should use anti-sickness medication 30 minutes before boarding for the most complete experience.
The itinerary includes both exercise and relaxation activities, so valued guests should prepare:

The train is equipped with a free Wi-Fi system in the restaurant area. However, because Halong Bay's terrain is covered by many high limestone islands, Wi-Fi signals and phone signals in some core areas (such as Luon Cave or the middle of the bay) may be unstable or lose local signal. This is a common characteristic of all ships operating in the bay.
Guests can bring personal drinks, but note that 5-star cruise ships in Halong often apply service charges (corkage fee) for spirits, wine or soft drinks brought in from outside. This fee includes service charges, cups and ice. Guests should check the specific fee with staff before using.
The space inside the ship (restaurant, hallway) is designed to be spacious and flat, convenient for elderly guests to move around. However, off-ship attractions such as Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave and Ti Top Peak have many steep stone steps and do not have separate paths for wheelchairs. People with limited mobility can choose to stay on the cruise to enjoy the Jacuzzi facilities and Sundeck space while the group visits these destinations.
According to the regulations of the Halong Bay Management Board and security agencies, the operation of Flycam requires a license from a competent authority. In addition, to ensure the privacy and safety of other guests, valued guests please discuss and receive the Captain's consent before launching the aircraft from the deck.
Tipping is not required and is not included in the tour price. However, if valued guests are satisfied with the dedicated service attitude of the staff and tour guide, a small tip is a great way to encourage their working spirit according to international tourism culture.
