When the boat docks, the staff will help transfer your luggage onto the tram to take you to your hotel in Cat Ba town center.
D'Charme is equipped with a modern satellite signal amplification system, however, remember that Lan Ha Bay has dense limestone terrain - "natural walls" will sometimes interrupt 4G/Wi-Fi waves at a few core points. D'Charme's journey combines going to the forest (biking in Viet Hai village) and going to the sea (swimming, kayaking). Lan Ha Bay is a sensitive area in terms of national defense and security and biodiversity conservation. If you want to use a Flycam to record footage from above, please notify the Ship Manager for instructions on allowed flying areas and ensure not to affect the privacy of other guests.
