In case the Bay Management Board or Quang Ninh Port Authority orders a sea ban due to weather (storm, fog), Indochine Premium will apply the policy:
You should bring comfortable, active clothing (shorts, t-shirts) for daytime activities and cave tours. Don't forget your swimsuit to relax at the Pearl Pool infinity pool. In particular, evenings at Tonkin restaurant often have a very luxurious space, guests are encouraged to wear Smart Casual (polite, elegant) outfits to have the most satisfactory "check-in" photos.
Indochine Premium provides full towels in the room and private towels in the pool/sundeck area. Personal items such as toothbrushes, shower gel, premium shampoo and hair dryer are available in each cabin.
The cruise ship is equipped with free Wifi in public areas and rooms. However, due to Halong Bay's unique terrain with many high rocky islands, Internet and phone signals may be unstable or lost in some hidden spots. This is also a great opportunity for you to truly "disconnect" and enjoy nature.
The sockets on the ship are all 220V multi-purpose sockets, suitable for most common 2-prong or 3-prong plugs, so you don't need to worry too much about preparing an adapter.
Absolutely yes. We have special decoration and service packages for birthdays, wedding anniversaries or proposals. You should contact the reservation department at least 48 hours in advance so that the staff can have the most thoughtful preparations (cake, fresh flowers, private dinner party).
Tonkin Restaurant is available to accommodate dietary requirements. You just need to inform details about your food allergy or diet (Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal,...) right at the time of booking or when checking in so the chef can prepare a separate menu.
To reach the top of Ti Top to see the panoramic view of the bay, you need to climb about 400 stone steps. The climbing path has handrails and is quite safe but will take a bit of effort. If you don't want to climb mountains, you can choose to relax and swim at the sandy beach right at the foot of the island.
Have. You can choose to take a boat rowed by local guests. You just sit back, relax, admire the scenery and take photos without having to spend any effort driving.
In case of late arrival, we can help arrange a speedboat to take you to the big boat (additional fees apply). However, to ensure your schedule and benefits, you should be present at Tuan Chau wharf on time.
Indochine Premium has a Kids Club area with safe games for children. However, we do not provide private nanny services. Parents are encouraged to supervise their children, especially in the sundeck and swimming pool areas.
According to regulations of the Bay Management Board and the Ministry of National Defense, using drones in Halong requires a separate flight license. In addition, to ensure the privacy and safety of other guests, Indochine Premium recommends that you contact the ship management in advance. We will assist with guidance on suitable areas and flight times if you already have a license.
Have. At the waiting office area of Indochina Sails (Lot 21B & 22), there is a safe parking lot to serve guests. Parking fees will be according to the regulations of Tuan Chau Port Management Board. You just need to notify the staff at the waiting room and we will help guide you to the most convenient parking location.
Because the ship is equipped with a professional wine and cigar cellar with selected lines, the cruise ship has a "Corkage fee" if you bring your own wine. Fees will vary depending on the type of alcohol (Wine, spirits) and quantity. You should contact in advance to receive a detailed fee schedule.
Yes, we offer laundry services for a fee. Detailed information and price list are available in the wardrobe of each cabin. For the 3 Days 2 Nights itinerary, this is a very popular service among guests to ensure uniforms are always neat for Fine-dining dinners.
To preserve the heritage ecosystem, Indochine Premium only organizes night squid fishing activities at the ship's anchorage area (with guidance from the crew). We do not encourage and do not provide free fishing services on the bay to protect local aquatic resources.
