### **5. Check-in & Check-out Schedule**
* **Pick-up & Guest Lounge Location:** Halora Lounge, Kiosk No. 29, Tuan Chau International Passenger Port, Quang Ninh.
* **Lounge Check-in Time:** 11:15 AM – 11:45 AM.
* **Boarding Time:** Approximately 12:45 PM (following transfer by speedboat).
* **Check-out Time:** Guests complete check-out procedures around 09:30 AM – 09:45 AM and disembark at 10:45 AM. The cruise arrives back at Tuan Chau Port at approximately 11:15 AM – 11:20 AM.
Although the room price does not include transportation costs, Halora Nova provides a luxurious Limousine Dcar service for 2-way shuttle Hanoi - Ha Long upon request. The car will pick you up at Hanoi Old Quarter area between 08:15 - 08:35 am. Please pre-book this service at the same time as booking to reserve your spot.
Absolutely possible. Halora Nova's menu is diverse, including options available for vegetarians such as Vegetable Pizza, Garden Salad, and tropical fruits. However, to ensure the best experience and health safety, please specifically inform the consultant about your diet or food allergies as soon as you book the tour. Our chef will design a suitable meal.
Halora Nova is equipped with Starlink high-speed Internet system to serve the connection needs of visitors. However, due to the specific terrain of Lan Ha Bay, which has many limestone mountains shielding it and activities at sea, the signal can sometimes be interrupted in some remote areas or in caves. We encourage you to enjoy this time to "disconnect" and immerse yourself in nature.
You can be completely assured. Lan Ha Bay is famous for its clear blue water and extremely calm. Unlike the open sea, this area is surrounded by hundreds of small limestone islands, which helps block wind and waves very well. Furthermore, Halora Nova is a large steel-hulled ship with a modern balancing system, helping the ship move very smoothly, minimizing the feeling of shaking.
According to the regulations of the Maritime Port Authority, you are required to bring your Citizen ID/Passport (original) and Birth Certificate (for children) to register to stay overnight on the flight. Without identification documents, the dock management board may refuse permission to disembark the ship.
Have. Halora Nova is the ideal destination for honeymoons and relaxation. We provide service packages to decorate honeymoon rooms, give away birthday cakes or organize private anniversary parties on the Sundeck or at the restaurant. Please contact the reservation department in advance for advice on setup packages (additional fees may apply depending on request).
Currently in the design documents and technical specifications there is no mention of elevators. The yacht has 5 floors and spacious stairs. If you are traveling with the elderly or people with limited mobility, please notify us in advance so we can arrange a room on the 1st Floor (Deck 1) or 2nd Floor (Deck 2) for convenient transportation and use of the restaurant/swimming pool.
As a general rule, drinks and food brought from outside to the cruise ship will be charged a service fee (corkage charge/service charge). The restaurant and bar on board serves a full range of drinks from soft drinks, beer, to wine and cocktails to serve you.
