Payment Policy & Accepted Methods
1. Authorized Payment Channels
Guests booking cruise services on halong-lanhabaycruisetours.com may select from the following verified payment methods:
- Corporate Bank Remittance: Direct wire transfer to the official corporate bank account of VDS Investment Trading and Service Company Limited. Account details and official transaction reference codes are itemized on every booking proforma.
- Online Credit/Debit Card Gateways: Instant online settlement supporting Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express, processed via certified payment gateways (OnePay / VNPAY) featuring 3D-Secure 2.0 fraud prevention and 256-bit encryption.
- Cash Settlement: Accepted in person at our Ha Long City corporate office or to authorized port concierge coordinators prior to embarkation upon prior written agreement.
2. Deposit & Final Settlement Schedule
- Advance Deposit: A deposit of 30% to 50% of the total reservation value is required upon booking confirmation to secure cabin allocations and promotional tariffs.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable 03 to 07 days prior to departure (or upon embarkation for last-minute bookings as agreed in writing by VDS Travel).
3. Electronic Booking Voucher (E-Voucher) & Tax Invoices
Within a maximum of 04 hours following verified receipt of deposit or full payment, VDS Travel issues an official Electronic Booking Voucher (E-Voucher) delivered directly via email and WhatsApp. Guests present this E-Voucher at port check-in for boarding pass issuance.
Official Electronic Value-Added Tax (VAT) Invoices under Tax ID 5702074604 are issued upon request within 03 business days of payment completion.
