Lan Ha Bay is famous for its calm water surface because it is surrounded by hundreds of limestone islands, rarely having big waves. In addition, Venus Cruises is a modern steel-hulled yacht with a large size, helping the ship operate extremely stably and minimize vibration compared to old wooden ships. If you are extremely sensitive, we always have medication available at reception.
Although the cruise ship offers free Wifi in public areas and rooms, you should note that the signal may be interrupted or weakened as the ship moves deeper into the dense limestone areas of Lan Ha Bay. If you have important online meetings (Zoom/Teams), take advantage of them when the ship is anchored in near-shore areas or use a personal 4G SIM card for a more stable connection.
Of course. Venus's staff is very knowledgeable about the "art of hospitality". We can secretly prepare a birthday cake, decorate the anniversary bed with fresh flowers or arrange a private romantic dinner on the Pearl Suite terrace. Please talk to the reservation department at least 48 hours in advance so that everything is prepared perfectly.
