You can completely rest assured. Lan Ha Bay is characterized by a closed water area with few big waves. In addition, the Mon Chéri fleet is built with steel hulls with large tonnage and a modern balancing system, helping the ship move extremely smoothly. If you are an extremely sensitive guest, you only need a light dose of anti-sickness medicine before boarding to comfortably enjoy the entire journey.
To have sparkling and convenient "virtual living" photos, you should prepare:
Swimsuits: For Jacuzzi pools and swimming activities.
Active clothing: T-shirts, shorts for kayaking and cycling activities at Viet Hai Village.
Shoes/Slippers: You should bring a pair of sports shoes to climb Trung Trang cave and a pair of anti-slip flats/sandals when moving on the deck.
Formal attire: A slightly "fancy" outfit for a high-end set menu dinner will help make your experience more complete.
Of course! Each cabin is equipped with a standard 220V power outlet suitable for most common plug types. You can comfortably charge your phone, camera or laptop right in the room. However, remember that Wi-Fi may "disappear" when the ship goes deep into the core area, so take the time to fully charge the battery to not miss any beautiful moments of the bay.
This is a force majeure situation according to the regulations of the Bay Management Board. In this case, Mon Chéri will base on the time of notification to have a support plan: if the ship has not departed, you will be refunded or reserved for another day depending on the actual conditions of the port. We always put your safety first.
There are always basic first aid kits on board and trained staff to handle emergency situations. However, if you have an underlying medical condition (cardiovascular, pulmonary) or need special medications, remember to bring your personal medication and notify the receptionist as soon as you board the ship so we can have the most timely support.
To ensure fire safety and common space for all guests, Mon Cheri stipulates no smoking in rooms and restaurants. However, you can still smoke in designated areas on the Sundeck (upper deck) - a place with airy open space.
