Officially launched in early 2015, Swan Cruise is the result of the enthusiasm of experienced experts in the travel industry, with the goal of discovering the most original values of Bai Tu Long Bay. At a time when most units are flocking to the core area of Ha Long, the appearance of Swan Cruise is like an affirmation of a unique path: focusing on the depth of experience rather than the number of customers. After more than a decade of establishment and development, the brand still persistently maintains the identity of a traditional wooden ship line, becoming a name that guarantees reliability and professionalism in the hearts of international tourists.
Swan Cruise’s development lies not only in the passage of time but also in the continuous improvement of service standards. From the early days of starting a business with a single ship, Swan has affirmed its position through maintaining stable quality and close connection with its brothers.Sena Cruiseat Lan Ha Bay. This is an important milestone to help the brand expand its influence, creating a synchronized service network, where customers can be completely assured of safety standards and dedicated service no matter in any bay area.
Looking back at the journey from 2015 until now shows that Swan Cruise is not simply selling a place to sleep at sea, but is on a mission to preserve the heritage travel style. With a deep understanding of the market and customer psychology, the brand has overcome volatile periods in the tourism industry to maintain its position as one of the most highly rated wooden cruise ships on international platforms such as TripAdvisor. This is a solid foundation for Swan Cruise to continue accompanying tourists on their journeys to discover the endless beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay.
Unlike the metalization trend of giant “floating hotels” that are gradually dominating the sea, Swan Cruise chooses its own path when honoring traditional Vietnamese wooden ship architecture. Each carved line, deep brown tone of wood and interior decoration are carefully calculated to create a cozy resort space, bringing a feeling of intimacy like an old mobile house in the heart of heritage. The combination of rustic materials and sophistication in decoration helps the yacht not only be a means of transportation but also an artistic space imbued with the national soul.
Swan Cruise possesses impressive numbers ensuring stable operation and optimal living space. With a length of 47m, a width of 9.2m and a height of up to 9m, the ship offers a spacious functional three-story structure. The maximum capacity of the ship is 40 passengers, a number just enough to maintain a bustling atmosphere but still ensure relaxation, without putting pressure on the common space of the restaurant or sundeck. This entire technical infrastructure is designed to fully serve 18 resort cabins, helping the ship operate like a specialized boutique hotel at sea.

The entire system of 18 cabins is fully equipped with protective and fire prevention equipment according to the most stringent maritime standards. The perfect combination of high-end resort standards and safe operating procedures makes your journey to discover heritage complete and absolutely secure.
Swan Cruise’s itinerary does not follow the usual paths but focuses entirely on the Bai Tu Long Bay area – a place known as the “forgotten bay” of the world’s natural wonders. Choosing this route helps tourists escape the usual jostling of hundreds of cruise ships in the core area of Ha Long, opening up an absolutely peaceful and pristine space. This is a rare opportunity for you to fully feel the majesty of the heritage in a quiet atmosphere, where the sound of waves and wind becomes the main melody for the whole trip.

The beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay is the place chosen by Swan Cruise as the main experience spot. The scenery is amazing
The stops on the itinerary are carefully selected to provide a balance between geological exploration and active relaxation. Thien Canh Son Cave will be the first impressive destination, where visitors can admire million-year-old stalactites with magical shapes, telling the story of mother nature’s great creation. After leaving the amazing space of the cave, the cruise will take you deep into the Tra San or Cap La Island area. Here, amidst the clear and calm emerald green water, kayaking or swimming activities will help you touch the wildest beauty of the sea, finding absolute relaxation while immersing yourself in nature.

Thien Canh Son Cave is one of the largest caves in Bai Tu Long Bay
In particular, for travelers who choose the 3-day, 2-night cruise, Swan Cruise also offers a profound cultural connection experience in Vung Vieng fishing village. Instead of noisy motor vehicles, you will be sitting on rustic bamboo boats rowed by local people to weave through the limestone mountains surrounding the village. This is an opportunity for visitors to learn about the long-standing livelihood and spiritual life of fishermen in the gulf region, turning the trip into not only a beautiful scenic tour but also a humanistic journey, leaving behind true emotions about the people and the heritage land.
Cuisine on Swan Cruise is a journey of subtle interference between the fresh seafood typical of the Gulf and the quintessential values of traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Instead of stereotypical Westernized menus, visitors will enjoy parties imbued with local identity with famous dishes such as the unique Ha Long-style grilled shrimp with pebbles or the rich flavor of grilled meat vermicelli. Each dish is meticulously prepared by chefs, not only focusing on flavor but also beautiful presentation, helping travelers feel the warmth and hospitality of the coastal people through each ingredient.
Understanding and respecting the unique needs of each individual, Swan Cruise specially designs a rich and nutritious Vegetarian Menu. Not simply boiled vegetables, vegetarian dishes here are creatively modified from fresh seasonal ingredients such as tofu stuffed with vegetables and mushrooms in tomato sauce, five-color salad or rich vegetarian curry. This thoughtful preparation ensures that even diners with the strictest diets can fully enjoy the culinary essence of the journey without any inconvenience.

The dining room area with large windows helps guests enjoy the natural scenery on the Swan cruise
Besides delicious meals, the experience on board is also enriched by a series of meaningful cultural and relaxation activities. Guests can participate in a cooking class right on the deck to roll traditional spring rolls under the guidance of the staff, or try their luck with night squid fishing when the ship is anchored in the quiet space of the bay. Especially, when dawn just breaks, Tai Chi exercises on the sundeck will be the perfect start for you to regenerate energy, breathe pure air and feel the absolute harmony between your soul and majestic nature.

Most areas on Bai Tu Long Bay have phone signal, however at some overnight spots located deep among limestone islands, the signal may be intermittent or completely lost. Swan Cruise offers WiFi in the restaurant area, but the speed will not be as stable as on land due to its dependence on satellite transmission. This is a great opportunity for you to temporarily leave the virtual world and fully enjoy nature.
Bai Tu Long Bay is a closed sea with thousands of limestone islands surrounding it, so the water surface is very calm, with few big waves. However, wooden ships are lighter than iron ships, so there may be a certain amount of vibration when moving. If you are a guest who is extremely sensitive to movement, please notify the staff to be assigned a room on the lower floor (Deluxe - 1st Floor) - where the highest stability and free seasickness medicine are always available at the reception desk.
All cabins on Swan Cruise use standard 2-prong round or flat electrical outlets (types A & C popular in Vietnam) with a voltage of 220V. You can comfortably charge your phone, camera or use the hair dryer available in the room without the need for a complicated adapter.
Have. Swan Cruise accepts payment of incidental expenses (such as drinks at the Bar, Massage services if any) in cash (VND, USD) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Note: Paying by card at sea is sometimes difficult due to network signals, and banks often charge a conversion fee of about 3% for card transactions.
Absolutely yes. Swan Cruise places great emphasis on personalized experiences. If you go on your birthday or wedding anniversary, please notify us when booking the tour. The train will prepare a small surprise gift (cake or room decoration) for free or upon personal request to make your journey more memorable.
Due to the characteristics of traditional wooden-hulled ships with quite steep and narrow stairs, Swan Cruise may be a bit difficult for guests with disabilities who must use wheelchairs. However, for elderly guests who can still walk, we recommend booking a room on the 1st Floor (Deluxe) to avoid having to climb stairs many times when moving between the bedroom and the restaurant.
All rooms are fully equipped with towels, scarves, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and hair dryer according to hotel standards. You only need to bring your personal swimsuit and sunscreen to participate in water activities or kayaking.
Swan Cruise always welcomes guests traveling alone. You can book a single room (Single Supplement) to own a Deluxe cabin. This is a popular choice for guests who want to find an absolutely quiet space to read or compose in the middle of the bay.
Due to short travel schedules (usually 2 Days 1 Night) and priority onboard space for technical areas, Swan Cruise does not provide laundry service. Guests should prepare enough clothing for the entire journey or contact staff in emergencies for maximum support.
Tuyệt vời nào.
