If you have important online meetings, it is best to resolve them before the ship leaves Tuan Chau wharf.
Absolutely yes. However, to ensure the chef can prepare the most thoughtfully, you need to notify about special dietary requirements or allergies at least 2 days before departure. Unexpected requests immediately upon boarding the ship may not be fully met due to the limited food supply on the bay.
The ship's rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. To participate in cave or island sightseeing activities, guests will need to move from the large ship to the tender ship. Some spots like Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave or Ti Top Island require climbing stone steps. Therefore, elderly guests can choose to stay and relax on the ship if they feel their health is not suitable for climbing.
Guest safety is the top priority. Itineraries and outdoor activities such as swimming and kayaking may be changed or canceled without prior notice depending on weather conditions or requirements of the Bay Management Board. In this case, alternative activities will be organized on board or service prices will be adjusted according to operational realities.
The pier location at Tuan Chau is about 04km from the nearest hospital and about 01km from the nearest bank or ATM station. Once the ship has left the dock and moved deeper into the bay, accessing these services will take longer. The cruise ship is equipped with a basic first aid kit, but you should bring special personal medications.
In addition to beach clothes, you are required to bring swimsuits if you want to participate in kayaking or swimming. In particular, prepare a pair of sneakers or sandals with good grip for safety when visiting limestone caves with slippery terrain. Don't forget to bring sunscreen, hats and sunglasses to protect your health under the sea sun.
