The birth of the Jeanneau NC (New Concept) product line has marked an important turning point in the recreational ship design thinking of the famous French shipbuilding company. In this ecosystem, the NC 14 model serves as the flagship boat, perfectly crystallizing the core values of an optimal living space along with outstanding performance on the water.
The luxury and class of NC 14 was written by the collaboration between famous names in the maritime industry, designer Camillo Garroni of Garroni Design and naval architect Tony Castro. It is the intersection of sophisticated aesthetic thinking and masterful shipbuilding techniques that has created a yacht that is not simply a means of transportation, but is also defined as an “apartment on the sea with an open balcony”.
The design philosophy of this yacht is based on contemporary elegance, prioritizing pure and clean lines to create a timeless appearance. With a length of 14 meters, NC 14 is specially designed to bring maximum comfort to users, turning every cruise into a classy and free living experience like in your own home.
The most impressive highlight in the exterior design of the NC 14 yacht is the plum bow, a feature reminiscent of classic commercial ships from the 1930s. Although it has a somewhat nostalgic appearance, behind it is a precise technical calculation to lengthen the length of the waterway, help the ship surf more smoothly and minimize resistance when operating at high speed. This design philosophy is grounded in contemporary elegance, prioritizing clean lines to create a timeless look.

The optimization of living space is clearly demonstrated through the single-level deck structure, a revolution in completely eliminating the steps between the cockpit and the salon. This design creates a seamless flow of space, helping users move easily and feel maximum spaciousness inside the ship. When combined with the triple glazed sliding door system, the aft partition can be fully extended to transform the salon area and aft deck into one giant communal living space, providing a true “oversea apartment” experience.

In addition, the asymmetric deck design feature is also a notable technical highlight to enhance safety and convenience. The moving corridor on the starboard side was made by the architects wider and lower than usual, making travel from the stern of the ship to the sunbathing area at the bow more convenient for both adults and children. Every architectural detail on this yacht model is the crystallization of Garroni Design’s sophisticated aesthetic thinking and Tony Castro’s precise maritime calculations.
In terms of technical specifications, the NC 14 yacht has an overall length of nearly 14 meters and a hull width of up to 4.1 meters. The combination of a spacious width and a weight of more than 10 tons helps the ship maintain compactness, providing extremely high stability even when encountering large waves, while still ensuring a low draft for flexible access to shallow coastal areas.

The operating heart of the ship is the advanced Volvo Penta IPS drive system. This is a revolution in marine technology by replacing the traditional straight shaft system with forward-facing propeller assemblies, which not only improves fuel efficiency by up to 30% but also significantly reduces vibration and noise during travel. Pushing the engine back also frees up significant space below the deck for living and storage purposes.
To provide maximum support to the operator, the joystick control system is equipped as a standard, allowing the ship to move horizontally or rotate in place extremely accurately. This technology completely eliminates the worry of having to dock in windy conditions or strong currents, making operating a machine weighing tens of tons as easy, smooth and intuitive as experiencing a video game.
True to the name “apartment on the water”, the interior of the NC 14 yacht is designed to bring maximum comfort to the user with a sophisticated combination of luxurious wood materials and large glass panels filled with natural light. The structure below deck includes two spacious cabins, creating an ideal and private living space perfectly suitable for the journey of a small family or group of close friends.

In terms of accommodation capacity, the ship optimally serves up to 4 overnight guests with carefully thought-out amenities. The master cabin located at the bow of the ship takes full advantage of the height of the design to create a comfortable standing space, possessing a smart queen-size bed that can be easily separated into two single beds when needed. Meanwhile, the guest cabin is also arranged with two parallel single beds and windows overlooking the sea, ensuring all members have a peaceful vacation experience in the middle of the ocean.

The galley area is arranged along the port side, fully equipped with high-end appliances such as an ENO stove and oven, a large capacity refrigerator and even a mini dishwasher from the Electrolux brand. A “golden” highlight in the interior architecture is the giant lazarette compartment hidden right under the salon floor. Thanks to the engine system being pushed back to the stern, this area becomes an ideal storage space, giving the owner more space to install a washing machine, additional freezer or wine racks for long parties on the boat.

All journeys start at Lounge No. 14, Tuan Chau International Marina, Tuan Chau Island, Halong City. This is a separate lounge area for passengers to relax and check-in before officially boarding the ship.
Depending on the tour length, you will pass by iconic islands and caves such as Hon Trong Mai, Hoa Cuong Area (likened to a giant rock painting), Finger Islet, and Worm Islet. For tours of 4 hours or more, the boat will stop at natural archaeological and stalactite sites such as Me Cung Cave or Tien Ong Cave.
Have. Especially during the 8-hour journey, the cruise will take you to visit Fishing Village - a place that preserves the traditional cultural values of Halong Bay fishermen. Here, you can sit on a bamboo boat rowed by local guests to explore fishing village life at close range.
