Yes! This is a huge plus. Sea Octopus is equipped with a modern elevator system connecting between floors. Therefore, older people or customers using wheelchairs can easily move from the restaurant to the Sundeck to see the sights without encountering any stairs.
The cruise ship is equipped with free Wi-Fi in public areas. However, when the train goes deep into the heritage core (like the Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave area), 4G and Wi-Fi signals may be intermittent due to the obscure limestone terrain. If you need a livestream or online meeting, the time when the ship is moving along the shore or at the port is the best time to connect.

Sea Octopus departs from Halong International Guest Cruise Port (Sun Group Port), located right in the Bai Chay area (near Sun World park). There is a very spacious and safe parking lot for cars and motorbikes, so you can completely drive to the port and park your car at the lot before boarding the ship.
