The official pick-up location for guests is at Halong International Guest Cruise Port (often called Sunworld Port). For daytime cruises, you should be there between 9:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. For the "Symphony By Night" dinner party, the staff will welcome you from 5:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. at the port.
To fully experience visiting the cave and climbing Ti Top mountain, don't forget to bring sneakers or sandals with good grip.
Other essential items include: Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen and especially swimsuits to enjoy the unique Jacuzzi system on board.
The journey from Hanoi center to Halong lasts about 2.5 hours via the highway. The driver will have a short break in the middle of the journey so you can relax or have a snack. If you book a pick-up at a hotel in the old town, please be ready at the lobby from 7:00 am.
Symphony is committed to maintaining the highest culinary quality; However, if the number of guests on board is less than 30 guests, the Buffet lunch will be replaced by a premium Set Menu with equally carefully crafted dishes.
To facilitate document comparison, Symphony applies the rule of calculating children's age based on the actual year of birth on the birth certificate or passport.
Luxury rooms (Day Cabins) on the yacht are designed to serve a maximum of 5 guests/room. This is a great choice for families with small children or groups of friends who want a private space to change and rest between activities visiting the bay.
Guest safety is always the top priority, so the itinerary may be changed or canceled at the discretion of Halong Bay Management. In the event that the ship cannot leave the port due to natural disasters or storms, the cruise ship will implement a refund policy after deducting the cost of the services you actually used (for example, shuttle bus or meals served).
