Effective April 27, 2024, Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh (Cam Pha City) has launched a complimentary shuttle bus service to transport guests from Ha Long City to Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh – Vietnam’s premier Japanese-style hot spring resort.
The shuttle service departs from Ha Long City to the Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh resort (Cam Pha), with pick-up points at four convenient locations: Oakwood Ha Long Resort, Sun World Ha Long Park Gate, Ha Long International Cruise Port, and the Quang Ninh Museum. The final destination is Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh. Return trips from Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh to Ha Long City follow the same route in reverse (stops are made upon passenger request).

For the return journey, the shuttle departs from Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh at four scheduled times: 10:00; 13:30; 15:45; and 19:30, dropping guests off in sequence at the Quang Ninh Museum, Ha Long International Cruise Port, Sun World Ha Long Park, and Oakwood Ha Long Resort.

- All Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh shuttle pick-up points are marked with clear signage to ensure guests can easily locate and wait for the bus according to the schedule.
- Frequency: 4 trips per day.
