On October 18, at the Ha Long International Cruise Port, the Tuân Châu Express high-speed vessel, operated by Havaco Investment Joint Stock Company, successfully conducted a trial run for the Ha Long (Quang Ninh) – Cat Ba (Hai Phong City) route. The service is officially scheduled to commence operations on November 15.
